Hi @liquidideas
Have you tried allowing users to access the Employee Registration page with the UM Content Restriction settings? Please edit the Employee Registration page and then see the UM Content Restriction settings. You can also exclude that page from the UM Access settings. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access > Exclude the following URLs.
Regards,
Thanks Champ for answering so quickly.
There were no settings set, but I did add in everyone on the page and then added the exclusion. Cleared browser cache and still getting the redirect, anything else I can try? (caching not enabled on the site itself)
Hi @liquidideas
Could you please provide a screenshot of your UM Access settings?
Regards,

Hi @liquidideas
When you visit the Employee Registration page, do you click the link on your site pages, or are you visiting the page directly with the URL? Could you please try deactivating other plugins and leave UM active? Let’s see if this is a conflict issue.
Regards.
I am using the URL directly pasted into my browser. Ill try deactivating the UM addons I bought as well
Hi @liquidideas
Let us know the result when you deactivate other plugins and UM extensions.
Regards,
Magically it started working, I updated a few plugins so I couldnt tell you which it was, just before I started testing (unrelated stuff like elementor) and boom it works! I really appreciate the help and I am SO sorry I wasted your time!
Thanks for letting us know that you’ve resolved the issue.
Regards,
