Section admin panel for website text? More Types?

I’m trying to create an ultra simple CMS for my users so that their admin panel only displays a list of editable text for each page of the site.

E.g.
About Me
Biography
Contact Details

I don’t want them to have access to the Pages section because they don’t understand html and the pages have images, tables, divs etc inside.

How can I do this?

I used More Types to effectively create a new section underneath Pages called “Website Text” which lists all the text areas but I don’t know how to call this from within each page.

Any help greatly appreciated.
