Section Indexing does not work

Good afternoon folks.

We have been working the last few weeks on creating our website in workpress and are almost done. I am not a developer and new to wordpress. The site is http://www.bml-llc.com

The FAQ page has a long list of questions and answers so i installed section indexing plug in activated and went through teh set up.

i added the widget to the sidebar as directed and a sidebar does appear on the page

The page does not appear to be using the plug in.

Anyone have any idea how i can fix this?
