Section settings are missing in Customizer

    Hi,

    On my website with the Quality Blue theme, the Homepage section settings are missing in Customizer. They used to be there in the past but now they are gone…
    I want to change a picture but there are no options anymore to change the Project Settings (pictures) .
    On my other website which is almost similar the Homepage section settings are available in the Customizer menu so there I can change the picture without problems.

    Can you please give me advice what to do?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Maybe it is because of plugin confliction or any of your added custom code. Please deactivate all your activated plugins one by one and then check. Because it is working fine at our end. Also for once clear your browser cache memory.

    Thanks for your response!
    I can deactivate all plugins but don’t I deactivate everything on the website in that case? I don’t want problems on the site.
    Or can I just deactivate and then activate again without anything happening on the site?

    Hi,

    Without deactivating you can’t know which plugin causes this issue. You can deactivate one plugin at a time and check is it solved or not then reactive it again. Do the same for each activated plugin to determine which plugin causes this issue.

    Unfortunately deactivating the plugins and clearing the browser cache memory doesn’t help…

    Hi,

    I have noticed that you are using an older version of a quality theme which is 2.0.
    Please update your theme then try again. The older version has some compatibility issues. Please update the quality theme not quality blue theme because Quality is the parent theme of the quality blue.
