sections do not work

    hello,

    unsure about posting a new error as the previous has not received any support comment but i have an error with sections

    i have created the sections, front page template is up but as it seems when i click on my menu item it does not link to the actual section. so i click and nothing happens. it stays on the top of the screen instead of sliding down to the actual section.

    this is my menu:
    ‘<div class=”menu”>

    </div>
    </div><!– nav –><div class=”clear”></div>’

    and i have relevant sections like this:

    <div class=”top-grey-box middle-align”>

    this is even more strange on mobile as there the theme loads up a drop down menu which takes me then nowhere.

    please kindly help

    what i have noticed however that if i enter manually the url to the browsers GOTO section like http://www.mysite.com/#section10 it does scroll down to the referred section.

    It might be interesting that i have an empty section too (testimonial) is empty

    hi,
    many thanks for coming back.
    these have been followed during the page creation.
    a front page itself works, sections are visible, but when I click on a menu item, it does not go to the relevant section.
    so the link function does not work.

    what to do?

    okay, i have done a lot of rework on this error.

    as it seems there is an error with this theme and ajax usage.
    as the free version can not call up [contactform] i have installed clean and simple contact form that has re-captcha and stuff, all is cool.

    but when the CSCF plugin has client side validation (ajax) enabled in settings, then the sections of i am one are not working.

    disabling this setting immediately makes the site working in terms of section/menu

    unsure if any of the stakeholders will do a fix regarding this so i will leave this here

    Okay i see. So it was a plugin conflict. By the way within each section in Appearance>Sections you have menu title which forms the id on top as navigation.
