Secure Contact Form

I was using secure contact form on my website due to the fact that it was the only one I could get to work with my yahoo business email. But i think something automatically updated (not sure what) and now I’m get failure delivery notices. This is costing me some serious money and was wondering if anyone may have any idea what may have happened.
I built the website myself at beginning of the year and have kept everything updated but I’m not real good at this. Thanks for any help.
