Secure sites break due to explicit HTTP reference in code

    Hi there,

    The module in its current form cannot be used on secure sites, because on or around line 45 of class-ccf-form-renderer.php there is an explicit http reference to ajax.googleapis.com.

    Can this please be changed to https:// or just // in future versions?

    I have had to manually change this locally, but I know it will be overwritten in the next update, if this isn’t fixed for new versions.
