Secure Whole Site?

Hello. I already own the AAM plugin and use it for one site and am thinking of using it for another site that is a closed membership type site.

My question: Is it possible to secure the whole site so that nothing can be accessed until a registered user successfully logs in on the very front page? How would this be accomplished with your plugin?
