    Hello. Your add-in is warning of a security error.Your desktop program is having trouble connecting to the server.

    Hi!

    Thank you for writing in.
    Could you please tell me what do you have in mind by “a security error warning”?
    I would appreciate a screenshot of it 🙂

    Regarding the server connection issues, we’ve had an issue with a 3rd party server we are using for Tidio, but we’ve rerouted the traffic and we’re monitoring it currently.
    Could you please tell me if you still have the issues with connection?

    Hi!

    Thank you for writing back.
    This is an issue our developers are aware of, the mailing domain is a different domaing than our Tidio domain and currently has some issues.

    You can still open the website by clicking on the “details” and then proceeding to visit the website.
