    On the security part, I have a blue button “Start the analysis”. If I click, it starts something but stay at 0%

    Thanks for clarifying. Sorry to hear you are still having issues with running a malware scan.

    Do you think it is possible to share the site URL? In case you don’t want to share it publicly, you can share to the following email  [email protected]  using this template to share the site URL:

    Subject: "ATTN: WPMU DEV support - wp.org" 

    Message:Ticket

    URL:Site URL

    Could you please go to Tools > Scheduled Actions in your WP dashboard and let us know what you see as the status for the following hook:
    defender/async_scan

    ie pending, failed etc?

    Could you also check under Tools > Site Health > Status to see if there are any “Status” listed?

    A screenshot would be help us to get a better idea

    If you could also share the Site Health info under Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard it would be helpful too.
