    It is a quick question from one of my client, do you think your team can offer a quick answer to the question? Many thanks in advance.

    Will your plug-in secretly log the outgoing emails?

    The client is going to use G Suite Gmail API with the plug-in.

    Hi,

    no, the Lite version of the WP Mail SMTP plugin does not log your outgoing emails.

    The Pro version of the plugin has an “Email Log” functionality, that by default logs just the technical parts of the emails. It does have an option to also log the email content, but that is disabled by default and the option also has a notice next to it explaining that personal information might be in these emails and the user should be careful when enabling this option.

    Long story short: No, the lite version of WP Mail SMTP plugin does not log the outgoing emails.
