    Hey. Would it possible for Rackspace CDN to store the API key in the database in encrypted format instead of clear text?

    The WordPress database login is stored in the web root in clear text, therefore storing the API key in the database in clear text is equivalent to storing the un-encrypted API key on the web root, very insecure. The API key is the most critical credential of a Rackspace account, because it gives full access to every resource in the account.
