1. You can contact their team regarding this. We have fixed it on our end.
2. Regarding the plugins page display issue, can you please try deactivating all your plugins and have helpie FAQ alone and show me a screenshot of how it displays?

Patchstack issue resolved and they updated.
The display issue persist.
I tried that and found 2 plugins are conflicting with the issue bottom of the Plugins page.
1) HelpieFAQ and 2) Auto Republish Post.
Even We can’t deactivate these plugins from the plugins dashboard and we all have to go to File manager using FTM and delete/rename it.
I have deleted the Auto Republish post plugin and kept only yours And now the issue related to that plugin is gone and only Helpie FAQ related issue is showing in the plugins dashboard.
I can see that the external service of Fremius you are using is making the display issue. Even auto republish post plugin also using their service.
