Security keys and salts

    Hi,

    Currently I am finishing writing engineering project about security websites based on WordPress CMS. One more thing, I can not understand one of the information given in the Codex (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Editing_wp-config.php) in the “Security Keys”. “The four keys are required for the enhanced security. The four salts are recommended, but are not required, because WordPress will generate salts for you if none are provided. They are included in the wp-config.php by default for inclusiveness”. For inclusiveness? And how/when WP will generate it?
