Security scan showed modified files

Hello Support,
Our security plugin flagged that some of the files for PublishPress Capabilities were modified and I am tasked with making sure everything is fine and there is nothing to worry about.
The files modified are:
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/languages/capsman-enhanced-it_IT.mo
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/languages/capsman-enhanced-it_IT.po
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/vendor/composer/installed.php
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/includes/roles/class/class-pp-roles-manager.php
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/languages/capsman-enhanced-fr_FR.mo
wp-content/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/languages/capsman-enhanced-fr_FR.po
When I view details of why these items were flagged our security plugin tells us: “This file belongs to plugin “PublishPress Capabilities” version “2.6.1” and has been modified from the file that is distributed by ww.wp.xz.cn for this version. Please use the link to see how the file has changed. If you have modified this file yourself, you can safely ignore this warning. If you see a lot of changed files in a plugin that have been made by the author, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to force an upgrade. Doing this is a workaround for plugin authors who don’t manage their code correctly.”
If I am understanding this correctly, these are backend changes pushed by ww.wp.xz.cn to update the translation and other details? For example, if the translations are updated the composer/installed.php and class-pp-roles-manager.php are also updated to be able to use the new translations?
Thank you.
