Please resolve this problem, I installed the plugin in different wp.

Nobody is going to do anything to fix this serious problem? It would be nice to at least know that they are working on it, and if they are not going to fix it at least say so to find an alternative to this plugin, I use it on many websites.

echarlewebs, their response time to such cases is very slow, so it’s better to look for an alternative solution.
