On one of my sites, I’m getting the following warning (2 messages in red on the left sidebar) when SFC is activated:

“SECURITY WARNING: Please treat the URL above as you would your password and do not share it with anyone.”

I have only the Sidebar widgets activated and I have 1 Facebook page widget in the footer.

That code is not in SFC at all. There is no such security warning in SFC.

The error is coming from Facebook’s API.

I get no such errors and have never seen anything like that come from Facebook’s API.
