Hi
We purchase a theme that integrates a pre-created subscription box (https://snipboard.io/NmtjQV.jpg). We have done API integration with a Mailchimp account and WordPress plugin (https://snipboard.io/4WxgGI.jpg).
But when we enter the email, it says “Something went wrong, please try again” (https://snipboard.io/bBq1uI.jpg)

The links are referenced screenshots. Please help us how to fix it.

Please update the MC4WP plugin to the latest version first. If that doesn’t solve the issue. please see https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/fix-the-oops-something-went-wrong-error/

If you can still not solve the error after reading that kb article, please let me know the error you see in the log under MC4WP > Other.

We already using the latest version of the plugin.

Hey @nomanpk,

Please try clicking on the “Refresh Mailchimp Lists” button on the “MC4WP” menu in WordPress and test again?
