Seeking cookbook plugin

I’ve been recently trying to find a plugin with which I can add recipes to my website. That would be easy, but I don’t want to add those recipes as a post. I would like to create something like a cookbook on my website.

The features would be:

Index page, where recipes could be filtered by various criteria

And pages with recipes (this could be similar to “recipe card” plugin) – rating, comments, and such

Does anybody know any way to create such a thing (when I think about it, it is like a catalogue) where there are not only posts, but also index page able to filter them by e.g. taxonomy?

A plugin would be the best solution, but I haven’t found anything like that. Too bad I’m not so skilled to create the plugin on my own.
