also, do you happen to know plugin like FeatureMe that also displays an image from each featured post ?

you do not need a plugin.
use the new “post URL” function.
(used to be “attachment” in older versions.)
well’ it leads to a mid-size photo, allowing you to click and display the full image (not in the template!)
Also, there is no “go back” “back to the post” etc. from the picture url.
So, does anyone know any of the plugins I mentioned above ?

The link you said you wanted us to look at was a template designed for pictures. I don’t think that is a plugin you’re looking at. There are such templates avail in WP. But I could be wrong.
