Hey, creating a new topic as this is a different question from my previous one. Is it possible to create a segment of contacts based on their email domain? For example, I’d like to group users who share the same business email domain, though I’d prefer not to mention the exact domain here.

    Hello again,

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to create a segment based on email domains.

For example, if you want to group all contacts with Gmail addresses, use the Email filter, select the Contains option, and enter @gmail.com — as shown in the screenshot below.

If you’d like to exclude contacts from a certain domain instead (for example, Yahoo), use the same filter but choose Does NOT contain this time.

The same logic applies to any domain, whether it’s a free provider (like Gmail, Yahoo) or a custom business domain. This way, you can easily target or exclude exactly the groups of contacts you want.

This gives you the control to organize your audience in the way that best supports your goals and customer relationships — and if anything feels unclear along the way, we’re only a message away.
