Select a default filter for ticket list?

    Hello,

    It is not possible to set default filter. We have discussed this with our development team. We found this useful suggestion to be added in our product. We have added this in our development queue to be available in future version.

    Is there a way to select the filter used by adding a query argument to the support URL?
