    Hi @beatricebredel

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that we were not able to reproduce the issue you reported locally using the latest version of WordPress v6.9, WooCommerce v10.4.2, and Packlink v3.6.1.

If you are not using the latest Packlink PRO version, please update the plugin and check if the issue is still present.

Additionally, if you recently installed a new plugin or theme, try deactivating it to see if the issue still persists. The Packlink PRO module is not compatible with all WordPress/WooCommerce themes, and this might be related to an incompatibility with a specific one.

If none of this works, please send us more details about your WordPress/WooCommerce configuration, including the theme you are using and the version of the WordPress and WooCommerce instances.

    Best regards

    Good afternoon @beatricebredel ,

We have again analyzed the issue and attempted to reproduce it on a fresh shop installation using the same versions previously mentioned (latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Packlink PRO Shipping). In all tested scenarios, we were unable to reproduce this behavior.

Please note that we are unable to test the Avada theme in our environment, as it is not free and requires a separate purchase.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes. In the past, we have identified issues caused by certain themes or third-party plugins that significantly modify WooCommerce checkout behavior. Such modifications can interfere with Packlink functionality and result in errors like the one described.

If compatibility with the Avada theme is required, we recommend contacting the Packlink team directly via their official support channel to request this:

    Packlink PRO

    Kind regards
