I have two forms:

The first form allows companies to order sponsorships and become sponsors.
The second form allows end users to register for an event.

In this second form, a “select” field should display all the sponsor names, as submitted and recorded in the first form.

Is this possible ?

I know that it is possible to import options from a CSV, but this is a “static” approach where I have to manually export a CSV with the sponsor submissions, then edit this CSV to select the needed fields, and import the CSV into the select field setting.

Unfortunately, the plugin currently doesn’t have the functionality to dynamically fetch information from the database or other form. Additionally, achieving your goal will require some custom development work, which is beyond our support scope.
