This sounds like a similar problem when we have two forms on the same page, our developers are working to fix it.
I would like to check the PopUp however I couldn’t find where to trigger it.
Could you let us know how to trigger the Hustle PopUp/Slide-in on that page?

I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue with a test form and pop-up on a lab site. Can you please export the form and share using Google Drive or DropBox along with the pop-up so that we can take a closer look at the issue?

How can I send you the data of a user so that you can test directly in the staging environment?

I am afraid we don’t collect credentials for tests, so we use the exported data to test on our lab sites.
If you would like to share the exported PopUp & Form in a private way you can use:

To test this issue further, we imported the Forminator form and Hustle pop-up that you have shared to a lab site but weren’t able to replicate the issue. Please find a screenshot of how the select field appears on the lab site here: https://ibb.co/St7YsP7
Just to make sure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please try a conflict test?

You’re right, the problem is a PointFinder theme plugin, specifically PointFinder Core Elements.
This means I have to forget about Hustle.
The intention was that they would help me find the solution, to keep Hustle.
