“Select from server” not found

    Hello,
    It is a while from my last update of the website, and now I have to upload many files, but unfortunatelly the plugin doesn’t work as before.
    I upload the files via FTP, then I add new download and, as I alwauys did, choose the file explorer to select the file (now the “select from server).
    The bad thing is that when I click “select from server”, the plugin returns a 404 file not found. I didn’t change the server path in the settings, and if I click the Asset page, it displays perfectly the server path.
    Can anyone help me?

    Hi,
    When you click on the button SELECT FROM SERVER you should see a modal window like this:
    select from server
    Please send me an screenshot of your issue.

    thank you for answering me so fast.
    Here is the image of what I get after clicking “Select from server”

    I confirm that Asset manager, works fine.

    The website in which I have the problem is on a sub-domain, could it be the problem?
