    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    As you have not shared much information about the issue I haven’t actually got a proper idea about the problem you are facing. But my guess is you are having an issue related to ‘Not giving a unique name to similar form fields’.

    If that’s the case, then please follow this screencast (https://d.pr/v/AMmodP) and give unique names to all the form fields you use in a form.

    I hope that will solve the issue. If not, please let us know and share more information about the issue.

    I have another question, please. Can I add a Progress bar when I make a multi-steps form?
