I am using conditional checkout fields that are select options. When the options are rearranged it does not save the new order reverts to the old order. If Option 1 appears at the top of the list and I try to remove that it reverts back to being there. For example, Option1, 1/18, 2/3 and I remove option1 and save it, when I go back into the field Option1, 1/18, 2/3 is still there. The only way to remove it is to move 1/18 to where Option1 is and 2/3 where option 1/18 and delete the blank one.

If I drag the options into a new order they also do not save they revert to the original order before I drag them.

  • Hi @brightenyourview

Please try replicating issue with console window open (F12), and check if some error or warning message is there

In addition, please debug as following if you haven’t done yet:

    • Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    • Switch to Storefront theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have.

No errors appear in the console. However, I notice if I try to delete the first option and save it removes the option but leaves the record with the value option and if I move the other options up in into the option and delete the last one it will remove the last one and save correctly. So for example it says Option then the second one is 2/3-2/4 and I put 2/3-2/4 in place of option and tell it to delete the last 2/3-2/4 it saves correctly.

I can not switch themes because this is a live site. I do not have any custom scripts running but I did see this message in the console
The resource https://……/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/dist/app/index.js?ver=3.0.3 was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Sorry but we really need to debug as mentioned before
If this is a production website, you can deploy a copy on a staging server
