Select options?

Hi everyone,

I have this strange problem. When I go to my online store I see ‘Select options’ instead of Add to cart under the products. When I click on select options I go to the single product page where I can add to the cart. I am using the blocksy theme.

I already disabled all plugins but that didn’t fix it.

I here someone who can help me with this?

I can’t see your site since it is offline – however the reason the Select Options is available before the add to cart is bc you must have required variations on the product. i.e Pick a size, small – medium – large.

Hello,

I bring the site online now so you can see. some of the products have sizes but others are just materials and not veriable products as the clothing but simple products.

It would help a lot if you could provide direct URLs to the products where you are having issues.

Provide a link to a product that is behaving as expected, and provide a link to a product that is not behaving properly.

Otherwise people are spending time clicking around to see what you’re talking about.

Start by changing the theme to a default theme like TwentyTwenty, or better yet Storefront to see if the issue remains.
