Select Source Drop Down Doesn’t Open

    When trying to clone a site the select source drop down doesn’t open this has always worked great but all of a sudden it stopped and we can’t clone a site. Any advice on how to fix this? All plugins are up to date.

    Hey Matt,

    Are you still facing this issue and are there any error logs generated when this happens? How many sub-sites do you currently have?

    Yes I am still having this issue but our issue seems to be with the database needing a repair because the default site creation is also not working correctly. After duplicating the last site we got this database error on this site which is affecting the database overall. Ever since we can’t create a new site and clicking “repair database” gives us a 5xx server error. We are working with WP Engine Support to try to fix this problem.

    We have about 25-30 subsites, and I am not sure about the error logs when this happens. Once we fix the database hopefully that fixes it.
