Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
With regards to your question: you probably used more than one include only filter? If so, that won’t work as you can only use one include only filter per configured feed. You can however use multiple exclude filters. Did you try excluding all categories already that you don’t want to have in your feed?
Thanks for your reply and hep 🙂
Yes, you have right, if i try to use filter “all include” more that once, is not posible.
For this reason i tried to use exclude (example) category1, exclude category2, exclude category3 but the feed didn’t change, always appear the same number with exclude one or two or many categories. How can i do??? Is the free version. Thanks again 😉
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Can you share the plugin debug.log URL? It will help us understand how you configured your product feed. Instructions on how to retrieve it can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi,
Thanks for sending over the debug.log
I am going to assume this is the feed it concerns?

You excluded quit some categories from it and the result is a feed with 15 products in it. So the exclusion seems to work to me?
I did notice though that the feed was only updated/created once (yesterday). Did you make sure to make sure to (manually) reprocess the feed after each configuration change you made?
