select2 error from installer.php

I am getting a select2 error from the installer. Any advice?

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).select2 is not a function
    at DUPX.initJsSelect (main.installer.php:3133:21)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (main.installer.php:3144:14)
    at e (inc.libs.js?ver=1.5.12:3:30005)
    at t (inc.libs.js?ver=1.5.12:3:30307)

I understand that you are getting the following error from the installer:
```

This prevents you from filling the installer fields, and breaks the installation.

This error may be related to your web browser. Can you please try another web browser and let me know if the issue gets resolved.

Thank you for the reply. I think it was either a permission or a server issue. Trying to access the vendor files returned a 500, so it could not load the select2 library.

Closing now as this is not related to the plugin.
