Select2 (Multiple) not showing options

We have two websites that I have implemented almost identical registration forms on. https://www.hedgeweek.com/register/ and https://www.privateequitywire.co.uk/register/

The issue is, with the “Firm Subtype” field which uses Select2 (multiple). When you click into the field, the options do not populate. The strange thing is it works fine on Hedgeweek but not on Private Equity Wire despite having the same Profile Builder versions 3.11.7.

I should note that I tried updated Profile Builder to the latest version (3.13.4), but this removed the title “Firm Subtype” from the field box making it impossible for users to know what the field was. So I had to rollback to 3.11.7.
