Selected Filters Option

    Hello,

    Annasta filters is working very fine with our requirements. But the only missing feature is to select filters in admin panel to show by default pre-selected filters in front panel.
    Do we have any option for the same, such as any shortcode or any php code.
    Please suggest

    Hello Vikas1981,

    Thank you for your kind words, I am glad to hear that our plugin seemed useful to you!

    As for the defaults’ pre-selection, there is no way to pre-select filters on preset or shortcode basis because the (pre-)selected filters are always reflected via page URL.

    Compare these 2 links to our demo shop:

    1. https://annasta.net/demos/annasta-woocommerce-product-filters/ is shop page without any filters applied

    2. Now notice how the following link includes product-categories parameter that pre-selects the “Fruit” filter item: https://annasta.net/demos/annasta-woocommerce-product-filters/?product-categories=fruit. If you like, click on the link to see how the “Fruit” item gets enabled on page load.

    So basically whenever you need pre-selection (for menus etc), all you need to do is to use URLs that reflect the needed combination of filters. Hope this makes sense!
