    Hello @jimk1416,

    Thank you very much for your interest in this plugin.

    Yes, Duplicate Killer Free only works with the most recent form.
    To monitor another form, you can simply duplicate the form you want to track. Once duplicated, it becomes the latest form created and will appear in Duplicate Killer. Then apply your settings, save, and you can use it normally.

    If you want to avoid this limitation, you can upgrade to Duplicate Killer PRO, which gives you access to all forms and lets you select exactly which ones you want to monitor.
