When I click on the button to select the membership level, nothing happens (the page reloads but the button doesn’t seem to execute function properly).

It seems like the checkout page is not loading. It should go to http://shellyheim.com/membership-account/membership-checkout/ but it does not change.

If it helps at all, I had set up the PMP and it worked fine and then I added the Series add-on and the Mailchimp addon now it doesn’t work.

Not sure what happened but no workie.
