selecting multiple filters

I would like to allow people to be able to select multiple terms but am unable to do so. This is the code i am using at the moment [searchandfilter taxonomies=”,post_tag” types=”,radio” headings=”,Select terms to fit your needs” operators=”,AND”]
Am i using the “operators” term wrong or do i need to do something else too?
