I am looking at the page you shared, and I can see there are 2 forms.
The first one, located at the top of the page, only contains one Select field. I was able to click on that Select field, pick an option, and after submitting the form, I can see it redirects to another page.
The second form, located at the bottom of the page, is a standard form with several fields. There are two select fields here. I was able to click on both, and both displays a couple of options. Both seems to be working fine too.
Perhaps the issue is fixed now? Can you please check your page and see? Otherwise, please let us know more about your issue. If possible, share us a screen recording of the issue, so we can try to replicate it.
