Self-Approve Comments with User E-Mail?

Has anyone found a plugin suitable for WP2.0 yet that lets users self-approve their own comments by clicking a confirmation link in their e-mail?

I know that Skippy.net has one but it does not work with 2.0:

I think this is a really good feature to have and I’m surprised that no one has a plugin made like this.
