Self hosted domain mapping question?

    You really need to speak to your hosts about this.

    Host or domain registrar? I only have the one host. I’ve spoken to both but haven’t gotten a definitive answer. At least not one that I’ve understood. 🙂

    I would have thought there would be some standard set of steps for this? Regards of host and domain registrar.

    It varies from host to host.

    Okay. Thanks. For clarity, it is the hosting provider I should talk to and not the domain registrar?

    Yes but you might have more options available to you if you transferred the domain to the hosts rather than handling them separately.

    That makes sense but it seems like I read somewhere that it’s good to keep them separate for some reason?
