Sell Individually Bugs

    Good day,

    Our sell individually is on but still the customer can checkout the same product in different variation.

    Scenario:
    Customer buy the small shirt and check it out. Yes after checkout, the small was already disabled, but the other variants still can be checkout. Please fix. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    If the customer checks out, he can obviously buy other variants on another order.

    If you mean “add to cart” and not checkout, you need to make sure the correct settings are applied:
    – Parent product: “Sold individually” and “Apply “Sold individually” to variations” are checked
    – Each variation: “Sold individually” is not checked
