SEM Rush amp page problems

Thank you for contacting us, the SEM RUSH might be using old AMP specs the slot was added 11 months ago

Please contact SEM RUSH support and ask them to update AMP specs

Please check the following
1) The slot attribute in specs
2) PR that allowed slot attribute
