    Hello @cleanbdev

This can happen if you use a different login form than the WooCommerce account login. Do you use a plugin to alter your login form?

Thank you for answer. I’m using a different login plugin than WooCommerce. Is that why?

However, the design is applied to the password reset email. When a member requests a password reset email in the login window, it will come out in the designed form. If you request password reset only on the admin page, it will look different. It seems that this is a different case.

    Hi there!

“If you request password reset only on the admin page, it will look different.”

The email styles from the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer will only take effect on core WooCommerce-related emails.

When a customer themselves asks for a password reset, the function for it that will be run is the one coming from the WooCommerce plugin.

The action for the password reset done from the admin page (which I assume is the one from another plugin) is not from WooCommerce. Thus, the styles are not the same.

I hope this helps, and let us know if we can help you further.

    Regards,
    Karla
