SEND button does nothing – Form not sending

    Hello. I am actually using Form Maker Pro and wrote to customer support but no answer yet, so I figured I’d try here. None of our forms are working currently. Guessing this is since the WordPress 5.0 update. Could someone please inspect and let me know if I can do anything to help resolve this? https://biz.loudoun.gov/mfgdinloudoun-2/

    I do see a syntax error in console. Points to the <button> code but I do not see any errors.

    Please note, that your Form Maker version is quite old (2.11.6). The current version is 2.13.2. As you are a Pro version user, we cannot assist you on ww.wp.xz.cn forums, unfortunately.

    However, I searched for your requests on our database, but could not find any emails. Could you please resend your message to [email protected]?
