    Hi,

    On our website the send button at the end keeps spinning and people cannot book any goods.

    Can you have a look into it?

    Hi @wemake2.

    Can you tell us which version of our plugin you are using?

    These types of errors usually come from the server, so can you check with your hosting provider to see if everything is working properly on the server side?

    After we click on the “Submit” button, we see this error:

    POST https://verhuurbijagrodearend.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Thanks for your answer. I have check the plugin version and it is: Version 3.2.25

     Our developers thinks that there is a issue with the plugin, because other contact forms are still sending.

    Hi @wemake2.

    We noticed that you have not added a global price and are only using extras.

    Can you add a standard price (on the Calendar page) and try to book it again?

    It’s a global price, so no. You can add prices for individual products using the extra field.

    Do not share any personal information here, this is a public forum.

    First select the date from the calendar on the page you indicated in the screenshot, then you will see the price and other fields below.

    Oke great, can I set a day price and also a week price? And do I need to do it for every day individually?

    Dear @wemake2.

    You can only set the price of the day. Select a date from the calendar and then set the price for the selected days.

    So if I understand it right we cannot give a special price if people book a product for a week?

    Further I need manually select each date? Because we need to select each day and I cannot set a global price for each day?

    Dear @wemake2.

    Yes, you can set the price for a day only.

    You can choose the start date, then change the month/year and choose the end day, after that you can set the price and save.
