I’d like to offer a 10% discount after a client makes their first order, can I do so with this plugin?

You can’t send the coupon via email, but you can apply the WooCommerce coupon, when customer order count more than 2, but it’s only pro version feature. Look at the example rule: https://snipboard.io/hDFr80.jpg
