    Bom dia,

    eu estou utilizando o plugin Wp mail smtp em alguns sites, todos estao atualizados, so que pararam de funcionar dizendo que nao consegue se conectar com o servidor smtp. Isso é problema da hospedagem ou do plugin?

    I am using the Wp mail smtp plugin on some sites, all are updated, but they stopped working saying that it cannot connect to the smtp server. Is this a problem with the hosting or the plugin?

    Hi @rafvenditti,

    Thanks for reaching out! Most probably your web server’s Firewall is blocking SMTP connections, or it could be something else as well.

    When you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools area, you should be able to see the full error. Here’s a screenshot of the option to get a full error log. This will provide you with an idea of what might be going on.

    Also, you can check WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section to see if there are any errors.

    Then please get in touch with your hosting support with the full error log, and they should be able to assist you further.
