Send email before the expiry date

    Hi,
    Is it possible to send a message to the user one day before the ad expires?
    I know that wpadvert does not send @. I just need information – how to perform function one day before expiration.
    In sql I found the _expiration_date line with the example value: 1490865420 but I do not know what it is 🙂

    I solved the problem.
    The _expiration_date value is a timestamp. In the cron I placed a function to send an email.

    @entyone Your cron function is activated by/in the WordPress? I am not sure, but I suppose that there is a risk that the author of expiring ad will be not notified in a resonable time if your site doesn’t have visitors every day. Again, I suppose that cron jobs are checked by the WordPress only when your site have a visitor.
