Send emails with files attached

    Hi, I sell digital downloadable products in pdf. When the user buys a product, the pdf file should be attached to the complete order email. How can I do that?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    WooCommerce downloadable products are sent with a download link attached in the order details, I supposed you’re using another plugin to create the PDF file, is that correct?
    If yes, I have some quick questions, hopefully you could clarify:
    which plugin are you using to create the PDF files, and are they generated based on each item/order? Or are they just an extra file that does not change accordingly?

    Hi Angela, thank you for your response. I don’t have a plugin for the PDF files, I just add the link to the product so it can be downloaded by the user. In the order email, the downloadable link works perfectly, but I’m asking if it’s possible to attach the actual PDF file to the email. Not only have a link but also have the PDF file as an attachment.

    Maybe is a premium feature?

    In this case, yes, this function is available in the premium version.
