I have configured “Send Event” in this plugin to send email to newly added users (On Registration)
The “Send Events” I set for the delay is 3 hours.
For the configuration like this https://prnt.sc/1q9iwqa
But in reality, all 3 emails were sent 30 minutes after the user was added.
Actually, I also doubt whether the “When Role Changes” setting can also be suitable for the email delivery schedule.
Please respond immediately and fix it, because I need this feature ASAP.
    Thank you.

  • Hi adityairvndn,

Thanks for letting us know about the bug. We were able to reproduce it and have fixed it. It will be added in the next update release of the plugin.

Regarding the “When Role Changes”, you can set the delay for the email on this event. Can you please explain a bit more about your doubt on that?

    Thanks

So it’s like this, I doubt it because in the “On Registration” event only for delayed sending emails it’s still not on time or not in accordance with the delay time that I set. Especially for the “When Role Changes” event.
So is there anything I can do to make this plugin work properly? Because I really need it as soon as possible.
    thanks.

    Hi adityairvndn,

You feel like this because the logic runs every 15 minutes to check and send the scheduled emails. Due to this, your emails can be at least 15 minutes off from their schedule. But I’m sure that “When Role Changes” event does work just like others, given the 15 minutes error to the schedule.

However, We are working to tweak that option so that admin have more granular control over the settings.

    Thanks

I hope for this bug please fix it soon. Continue to improve and innovate the “Delayed email delivery” feature to make it even better. Because I see there is no plugin that has a feature like this.
So please help so that this bug is quickly resolved and the plugin works according to the configuration that has been set by the admin.
I’m really waiting for an update to fix this feature.
    Thanks
